For each working day, employees are entitled to meal vouchers worth CZK 120.
As a reward for a successful year, it is paid every December.
For each employee, 5 extra days off on leave.
We support our employees in education and therefore we offer 5 days of paid leave for one semester.
For employees who want to improve their foreign language, we offer English and German language courses that are fully paid for by the company and are included in working hours.
A reward of CZK 20,000 is due for the recommendation of a new employee who has been hired.
