When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the Czech laws and regulations and directly applicable EU legislation, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., and in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation on certain information society services and amending certain laws, as amended. You grant your consent to AUREL CZ s.r.o., Company ID: 28526392, with its headquarters at Štěpánská 539/9, Nové Město (Prague 2), 120 00 Praha, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 148023/MSPH, to process personal data as an administrator under the conditions below in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR Regulation.

We can only process personal data without your consent for the following purposes:
The data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes, i.e., to maintain a database of website users and to offer goods and services, for as long as the legal grounds exist for this type of processing and use of personal and other data. In other words, we collect your personal data so that you can use our services and to report back to you with any updates. Contact and inquiry form– we collect data from the form for the purpose of joint negotiations and the possibility of creating an offer or responding to your inquiry. Such processing is enabled by Article 6. paragraph 1 point. b) Regulation. We will process personal data for the duration of negotiations on the conclusion of a contract or for a maximum of 1 year from sending your message, unless you give your consent to further processing.
We can use identification and address data in accordance with the so-called legitimate interest for the creation of internal statistics. We use anonymized outputs from these statistics to improve our services, including analyzing user behavior and marketing.
We process personal data obtained through cookies on the basis of your consent (which you can grant by confirming it on the web interface after you have been notified of the use of cookies and have had the opportunity to familiarize yourself with this Policy). We are entitled to process personal data obtained through cookies even if you continue to use the web interface even after you have been notified of the processing of such personal data. We use the personal data obtained through cookies for the purposes of performing user support, improving our services, including analyzing user behavior and marketing.
All personal data provided for the above purposes are provided entirely voluntarily and by expressing their consent through active interaction – for example, by ticking the appropriate box, continuing the action leading to the sending of the data, confirming the appropriate button or on the basis of a legitimate interest. We try to secure all personal data that we process to the maximum extent against their leakage or theft. For this reason, we restrict their manipulation, copying, transmission or access to them only for the strictly necessary purposes for which you have given us your consent or where this purpose is defined by law.
